  • Keep track of important dates and deadlines and send weekly reminders.

  • Schedule closing, other services like inspection, repairs & create calendar invites for applicable parties.

  • Gather and deliver hand-over information.

  • Weekly (or bi-weekly) file updates and notifications of important upcoming deadlines.

  • Order sign removal & lockbox removal.

New Builds

  • We coordinate communication between builder, agent, and clients as needed.

  • Follow up on missing signatures and any other needed items.

Contract Compliance

  • Review contract for accuracy & compliance according to your brokerage specifics.

  • Deliver all disclosures securely.

  • Deliver contact list to all parties.

  • Open Title & order CIC documents (if applicable).

  • Notify brokerage of contract & provide required documents.

  • Monitor and communicate amendments & extensions.

  • Confirm proper execution of disclosures & contract documents.

  • Coordinate CDA/DA receipt & delivery.
